Shoppers could save £29 by opting for Aldi’s setting powder instead of the Huda Beauty one

And their recent announcement this will have dupe fans racing to the middle aisles.

The bargain supermarket is launching its own version of Huda Beauty’s much-loved easy bake setting powder and concealer.

Formulated with hero ingredients including Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil, the discount chain’s in-house brand Lacura could save you up to £29 with its new items.

So if you’re looking to level up your makeup bag on a budget, you’ve come to the right place.

Available in Aldi stores from May 1, the latest additions arrive in the middle aisle as natural makeup trends shift towards softer, blurred finishes such as TikTok’s viral “cloud skin” look.

The Lacura full coverage concealer will be priced at £3.99 and is available in six shades ranging from light to dark.

The creamy, long-wearing must-have promises to “brighten, blur and conceal” and creates a natural matte finish..

And the best part? It could save you £22.01 compared to Huda Beauty’s £26 faux filter concealer.

To finish off the look, beauty fanatics can also pic up the Lacura Faultless Finish Setting Powders, priced at £4.99 for a 25g tub.

Available in Light, Medium and Deep, the subtly pigmented formula “helps to lock in makeup” while providing light coverage for a faultless matte finish.

Aldi bosses say it is formulated with Vitamin E to create a silky-smooth powder that blurs the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles without cracking while also keeping excess oil at bay.

And it works out as £29.01 cheaper than the Huda Beauty easy bake loose baking and setting powder which retails at £34 for a slightly smaller 20g tub.

It’s not the only beauty dupes the supermarket giant is set to drop on May 1, either.

The much-loved Lacura Glamour Wand Highlighter (£3.99, 12ml) and Lacura Moisturising Peptide Lip Treatments (£2.99, 10ml) will also be hitting the middle aisle on that date.

Promising to define, pop and contour, the highlighter gives a subtle glow while adding a perfect finishing touch to makeup looks. Just simply add to the cheeks, browbone, nose and eyes!

Meanwhile, the lip treatments will be available in three variants – unscented, watermelon and salted caramel.

Formulated with Shea Butter, Peptide, and Capuacu, the high-performing treatments provide long-lasting hydration that will restore dry lips for a visibly softer, plumper and glossy finish.

And did we mention that it’s a dupe for Hailey Bieber’s Rhode Skin?

Aldi’s latest range of makeup beauty buys are available in stores from May 1, while stocks last.
