Blood-curdling screams as 19 people brawl on Adelaide bus

With wild screams in the background and as blood was being spilled, a bus driver made the desperate call to police to rush to almost 20 of his passengers involved in a brutal brawl.

Gurwinder Singh was forced to pull over in Adelaide as the melee erupted about 8.30am.

Blood-curdling screams can be heard as Singh tells authorities “the situation is getting worse”.

”I thought like they were going to throw stones or like they got a knife, (that) sort of stuff,” bus driver Gurwinder Singh said. (Nine)

“More people can get stabbed or whatever … like, you know, they are fighting … seriously,” he says in the triple zero call.

Nineteen people, including teenagers as young as 13, were arrested.

”I thought like they were going to throw stones or like they got a knife, [that] sort of stuff,” Singh said.

“There were like 20 people, so I was scared.”
